Color Me
A game for the April GDFG Game Jam. It's not completed, but acts as a demo for an eventual larger game. I started the game in May just for this game jam, and finished about 15 minutes before the deadline.

Play as Michael, a man looking for answers in this unique "find the object" game. Search with 3 colored flashlights, each unlocking a different memory, allowing you to find new items.
To play, click "NEXT" to progress through any text. Click the Y (yellow), B (blue), and R (red) buttons to turn on and off the flashlights. Drag your mouse around the room to point the flashlight, and click on any objects you see to check them off the list.
If you have any issues, please let me know! I will be checking the comments in the jam, and I'll be happy to explain as needed or take any feedback for future updates.

I hope you enjoy this demo. I misunderstood the deadline date, thinking I had about 8 more days than I did to finish, meaning I left a whole lot of detail out. I want to update it after the jam with all of the features I didn't get to, such as voicing, multiple levels, and updated art. I did not get the "sad" scene drawn in time (hence it looks more empty than happy and angry), but there are objects to be found in case anyone is wondering.
6/3/24 Small Description Update: I realized I accidentally lied in the credits. Specifically, the soda can, knife set, wine bottle, soap bottle, and whisk are made by Ghost Pixxells and used with a CCO license. The music is as credited in game, and THEN everything else is made by me.
